In January of 2009 I started looking for my first NEW car since 1964. Good friends who had both purchased new Hondas said I must meet Bob Laudick. Well, I did. We talked about what I wanted and he was very helpful. Most everything went like clockwork. I had not realized that a process that I had been dreading could go so smoothly. Bob became my "go to" guy - and still is. And now, more than a year later, he is still my "go to" guy with questions of any kind. That continuing comfort of contact is as important to me as the initial contact was in 2009. I believe in long-term trust and that has to be measured by the test of time. Well, that trust has stood the test of time for me and as far as I am concerned Bob Laudick IS Honda Windward.

The first one I saw was in a Root beer color and I didn;t like the color but I loved the uniqueness, the style and the mini style of the suv. It was well worth the trip from Mililani to Kaneohe to purchase a CRV from Bob Laudick at Honda Windward. He was straight forward, willing to listen to what we wanted, and used no pressure. After a horrible experience with another Honda dealer in Honolulu, this purchase was just the tonic to restore my faith in Honda. Working downtown, we previously dealt with consistently incompetent service managers and mechanics at Pflueger Honda. Finally, we decided to take the drive to try out Windward Honda for a transmission repair and were amazed at their knowledge and professionalism. Dalton and the team took the time to test drive our vehicle a number of times and mount sensors to accurately analyze a transmission issue that we had Pfleuger Honda try to examine three times with no success. They even worked closely with the Honda Extended Warranty agents to ensure the entire transmission replacement was covered under warranty! During my repair, they arranged for my loaner vehicle and even had it delivered to the dealership for my convenience. At the end of it, they also sent us out with a complimentary full service car wash from their auto spa partner, who also did a fantastic job.
I will be driving to Kaneohe for all my auto service needs from now on. Honda Windward service is worth the extra effort for the friendly, knowledgeable team and great work. G. L. Honolulu

Returned home to Hawaii for my high school reunion and one of the tasks my mom had established for me was to negotiate the purchase of her new vehicle.  I did my due diligence and researched the actual dealer cost.  

When I arrived, I called two of three Honda dealers on the island - I left a message on Tony Honda, but even as I left ten days later, I have yet to receive a call, I guess that they do not need the business.  Honda Windward had Curtis Kuge working.  He assured me that he would not waste my time, thus we drived over the Windward side.  After the test drive, negotiations was relatively quick and painless - the normal "back and forth" did not occur.  As Curtis stated, he did not waste my time.  My mom commented that the process was the best car buying experience to date.

Curtis Kuge's diligence and patience in explaining the details of the contract/purchase agreement as well as the various functions in the vehicle.   I now know the reason why Honda Windward is ranked high in customer satisfaction.
